The Yoga Trapeze® is the most-popular inversion sling in the world used by over 200,000 students in 81 countries. Come experience the indulgent healing benefits of a yoga practice that integrates the Yoga Trapeze®; a comprehensive fitness modality complete with pushing, pulling, holding, twists, backbends, forward bends, hip opening and much more.
Top Benefits:
- Spinal Traction: Relieve back pain by hanging upside down from your hips, allowing gravity to naturally release pressure from your spine through traction.
- Posterior Chain Strength: Strengthen and balance the muscles that support the spine and move along the backside of your body, ideal for better posture.
- Functional Strength: Improve grip strength and proper alignment through functional strength training which includes pulling motions, a key movement not found in traditional mat-based yoga.
- Core Strength: Build functional core strength naturally in dozens of dynamic and fun postures.
- Upper Body Strength: Take care of your hands, wrists, elbows, and shoulders through safe and challenging strength postures.
- Flexibility: Practice deep, passive backbends, splits, and hip openers in ways otherwise impossible to do on the mat.
